Homburg Canada Incorporated ("HCI") is a private real estate investment and management company, incorporated in Nova Scotia, Canada. The company is in business since 1969. The principal place of business is 1741 Brunswick Street, Suite 600, Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Homburg Canada Incorporated is part of the Homburg Group North America.

From our headquarters in Halifax, we develop, own and manage a diverse portfolio of quality real estate assets in Canada, the United States of America, The Netherlands and Germany. HCI also manages a portfolio consisting of various limited partnerships, all with our wholly owned subsidiary, Homburg LP Management Inc as their general Partner.

Property Management

HCI's duties as property manager of the owner's property include rental and lease of properties, tenant screening, negotiation of leases, advertising, maintenance, accounting and contracting for services. Special services include supervising remodeling, acting as Property Consultant, engaging legal counsel and representing the owner of the property in connection with sale.

Asset Management

Its duties as asset manager of the owner's assets include strategic planning, public relations and marketing, financial planning and continuous processing of financial facts, making financing arrangements, performing prudent examinations of local marketplaces and providing advice on acquisition and disposal of property to the owner, or, in short, thorough consideration to efficient operation and management of assets to preserve its long term value. 

Project Development

The "Homburg-Centron teamworks" is a real-estate focused alliance between HCI and  the Centron Construction Group. The alliance deals throughout Canada with a concentration in Western Canada. Our primary focus is to acquire, develop, construct, own and operate mid to large sized real estate projects including multi-family, office, retail and industrial buildings.
