Homburg Trust Services

Another new service component of the Homburg Services Group is Homburg Trust Services. Homburg Trust Services is a valuable addition to the services rendered by Homburg Real Estate Management, Homburg Real Estate Advisory and Homburg Institutional. Through Homburg Trust Services, we will be able to serve as director for Real Estate funds and provide accounting services.

Our clients will now have the possibility to outsource the whole property management and accounting of the fund to one group. The advantage of one group providing all these services is that they will only have one contact for all information and reports on their property as well as their fund.

Our Trust services are:

• acting as director of a legal entity or partner in a partnership;
• purchasing and selling legal entities;
• acting as trustee;
• providing other services designated by Order in Council;
• providing an address or correspondence address of a legal entity or partnership.

Furthermore we offer the following additional activities:

• providing assistance or advice in matters governed by private law;
• providing tax advice or completing tax returns and related activities;
• performing activities connected with the preparation, assessment and auditing of the annual accounts or the keeping of accounts;
• performing other additional activities designated by Order in Council.

The Dutch National Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) has granted Homburg Trust Services B.V. a license to operate as a Trust company under supervision of the Trust Offices Act (Wet toezicht trustkantoren).
