Homburg Institutional offers tailor-made services to institutional investors to realise the investment objective of the investor, by giving high-quality real estate investment advice that reflects the proven performance of the Homburg group.

The investor has the opportunity of taking on real estate investment in association with the listed company Homburg Invest, Inc. (listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Canada and Euronext, Amsterdam). Various funds and other forms of partnership are tailor-made for this purpose.

De investor can then invest directly or indirectly in real estate. There is also the potential for investing in fixed-interest stocks, known as Homburg Bonds. The minimum investment for an institutional investor is €2,500,000.

The results achieved are analysed periodically and clearly via our real estate administration and reporting systems.
