On 1 June this year, Homburg will introduce a total solution for owners of larger property portfolios in the Netherlands and Germany. Clients can make use of the enormous knowledge that Homburg has amassed over the years in the field of property management. Services include: portfolio management, property management, management of legal entity, full administration (including preparation of tax returns and production of annual accounts) and quarterly reports in English and Dutch tailored to the individual wishes of owners.

Of course, clients can opt for partial solutions and utilise a number of our services in cooperation with existing relations.
